STEP 8 - EMOTIONAL TRANSITIONS

It can be exciting to start this new chapter of life! Many students thrive out on their own in the college setting.

But it can also be scary and stressful at times.

Sometimes change, even welcome change, can be hard on the EMOTIONS. Even those most eager to leave the nest will, at some point, feel the conflicting emotions that go with life transitions. Those still living at home may face a frustrating daily drive during rush hour traffic or new expectations placed on them by professors, family members, or themselves.

The GROUNDING BLEND helps promote feelings of tranquility, calmness, well-being, and emotional balance.This blend is made up of Spruce, Ho Wood, Frankincense, Blue Tansy, Blue Chamomile, and Osmanthus, and it is already diluted with Fractionated Coconut Oil.
