STEP 20 - DISCOMFORT

DISCOMFORT can come in many forms. Aching muscles from athletic practices, head tension from stress, sore hands and neck muscles from too much typing.

Whatever the reason, fast relief is always welcome.

The SOOTHING BLEND is full of oils with soothing properties, like Wintergreen, Peppermint, YlangYlang, Helichrysum, Blue Tansy, and more. These soothing effects can often be felt immediately. This blend comes in Essential Oil form and as a lotion.

Athletes love this blend, and it’s very soothing to sore muscles and joints.

The TENSION BLEND is soothing to both the mind and body. It can help calm and ground emotions as well as wash away tension and stress. Comprised of oils such as Wintergreen, Frankincense, Lavender, and Roman Chamomile, this blend can be applied topically to the temples, neck, shoulders, or wherever tension is felt. It comes in a roller bottle, ready to swipe on, but it can also be diluted with Fractionated Coconut Oil to minimize skin sensitivity.

TIP: Oils used for soothing muscles and joints are typically diluted with a carrier oil and applied topically. But did you know aromatic use can help, too? Smelling a soothing oil out of the bottle or diffusing can help efforts if topical use alone doesn’t completely do the job.
