STEP 16 - STUDY TIME

Everyone’s college experience is unique, but one thing every college student needs to focus on is STUDYING.

This can be tricky when a dorm is full of blaring music, lively conversation, and lots of laughter. Or when temptation strikes to take a TV break or to wander to the common room to see what’s going on.

The FOCUS BLEND can help students calm the mind, stay on task, and get things done. It’s a must-have for anybody with a short attention span or students juggling projects, papers, and exams.

This blend consists of grounding oils like Patchouli, Hawaiian Sandalwood, and Frankincense, uplifting Lime Oil, and encouraging oils like YlangYlang, Roman Chamomile, and Amaris.

NOTE: While FOCUS BLEND comes in a roller bottle, it does NOT contain Fractionated Coconut Oil. It can be diluted with carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

STUDY BUDDY DIFFUSER BLEND RECIPE

4 drops Citrus Essential Oil of your choice

1 drop Peppermint Essential Oil

2 drops Rosemary Essential Oil

TIP: Because the sense of smell is linked to memory, try diffusing or applying your favorite focus or study blend while studying and then apply topically or to a diffuser necklace or bracelet during your exam. Not only will this help you stay focused and relaxed, it might also help trigger memory.
