STEP 15 - TUMMY TROUBLE

While some young adults are mindful, clean eaters, we all know what the average college student’s diet consists of: pizza, soda, cafeteria food, burgers and fries, and burritos.

Add in lack of sleep and some nerves due to the exam or presentation that’s coming up, and you’ve got yourself a recipe for STOMACH issues.

It can be hard to get the whole-food enzymes needed for healthy digestion when living the college lifestyle.
